Inscripción para estudiantes por extensión
*Personas no matriculadas en Uniandes que desean tomar el curso con reconocimiento de créditos. En esta modalidad se otorga una calificación al estudiante.

Inscripción del curso:
Estudiantes externos (nacionales y extranjeros) deben enviar un correo electrónico al Departamento al cual pertenece el curso de verano que desean inscribir con la siguiente información:

En caso de estudiantes extranjeros, si el estudiante viaja a Colombia únicamente para tomar el curso de verano, el departamento enviará al estudiante una carta de invitación donde incluirá las fechas del curso. Al ingresar al país el estudiante debe presentarla en inmigración. El oficial, pondrá sello en el pasaporte y especificará los días autorizados para estar en el país, seguido de una anotación PIP o PTP. Ningún estudiante podrá tomar el curso como turista.
Fechas de Pago:
Los recibos de matrícula tendrán dos fechas de pago:
- Primer Pago: valor ordinario – Cinco (5) días hábiles antes de la fecha de inicio de clases.
- Segundo Pago: valor con recargo del 10% - Dos (2) días hábiles antes de la fecha de inicio de clases.
Formas de Pago:
Ingrese a la página web de Matrículas (https://matriculas.uniandes.edu.co) y seleccione una de las siguientes alternativas:
Alternativa 1: Realizar pago en línea a través de la opción "REALIZAR PAGO ELECTRONICO"
Alternativa 2: Imprimir el recibo de matrícula y cancelar únicamente en los bancos autorizados señalados en la parte inferior del recibo.
Tenga en cuenta:
No se realizarán devoluciones (sólo en casos excepcionales evaluados por el Comité de Matriculas)
No hay extensión en las fechas de pago

EXTENSION STUDENTS*:
*Individuals not enrolled at Uniandes who wish to the take the course and be granted credits. Under this option, a grade is given to the student.

Foreign students: if the student intends to travel to Colombia only for purposes of taking the summer course, the department will send the student an invitation letter providing course dates. When arriving in the country, the student must present such letter same at immigration. The officer will stamp the passport and state the authorized length of stay in the country followed by a PIP or PTP mark. No student may take the course under a tourist visa.
Payment dates:
Tuition receipts will feature two payment dates:
- First Payment: regular amount – Five (5) business days before the course start date.
- Second Payment: amount with 10% surcharge – Two (2) business days before course start date.
Payment Methods:
Please go to the web page Matriculas (https://matriculas.uniandes.edu.co) and select one of the following options:
Option 1: Make online payment through the option "REALIZAR PAGO ELECTRONICO" [MAKE ELECTRONIC PAYMENT]
Option 2: Print out tuition receipt and pay only at authorized Banks listed on the lower part of receipt.
Please note
There will be no reimbursements (only in exceptional cases evaluated by the Tuition Committee).
